Introduction to Music History.

Catalog description

Survey of the history and traditions of western civilization through its music. Students will focus on the musical content and trace developmental trends through the common periods of music history. This course is restricted to music majors, music minors, and students pursuing the music concentration. This course fulfills a General Education Requirement in the Humanities.
