Intro to Research in Math. 1-

Catalog description

Students explore topics, expand their mathematical knowledge, and begin to conduct introductory research under the direction of a faculty mentor. The number of credits is proportional to the time committed to the research (1 SH = 3 hours of student work per week on average). This course may be repeated for up to 4 credits total. Instructor permission required. This course can be repeated up to four times, or for a maximum four credits, whichever limit is hit first.
