Catalog description

This hands-on course introduces the fundamental disciplines and processes involved in manufacturing and making engineering components. Students will gain practical experience with various fabrication techniques, including welding, machining, and material joining/forming. The course emphasizes safety, proper tool usage, and the practical skills necessary to translate engineering designs into physical prototypes and products. Upon completion, you'll be able to confidently operate essential workshop equipment and apply fundamental fabrication methods to create and assemble engineering projects.
