Includes infrastructure evaluation; KM system analysis, design, and development; and KM system deployment and assessment. Examines policy and governance frameworks, including updating and reviewing organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Emphasizes the critical role of governance structures in maintaining knowledge of integrity, security, and accessibility while supporting organizational change initiatives.
