The course is designed to examine the processes, methods, techniques, and tools that organizations use to manage their information systems projects utilizing a systematic methodology for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. This course also focuses on collaboration within an organization, including culture, virtual team development and member roles, collaborative communication, and collaborative tools and technology.
