Catalog description

This course provides a foundational understanding of IT and cybersecurity, equipping students with essential skills to manage and secure computing environments. Through hands-on labs and simulations, students will learn about hardware, network setup, operating systems (Linux, MacOS, and Windows), and cybersecurity practices. Emphasis is placed on configuring devices, implementing security measures, managing user accounts, authentication, and system maintenance, thus preparing students for entry-level IT roles and further study.
