Catalog description

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of technical drawing as applied visual communication. Students will learn to represent three-dimensional forms through precise two-dimensional drawings using standard conventions such as orthographic and isometric drawing, perspective, dimensioning, scale, and tolerances. This studio hand-drawing experience strengthens visual reasoning, spatial understanding and interdisciplinary communication. Six studio hours per week.
