Catalog description
This course actively explores stress and the impact it has on populations, variances across communities, and methods to solve complex health problems that are either caused by or exacerbated by stress. This course enhances student well-being and supports student self-care by providing the knowledge, tools, and space to practice relaxation and manage stress. Accommodations and modifications for students living with disabilities are provided. With the integration of public health concepts, this course holistically addresses stress as a predictor of health outcomes. prereq: 2561
