The topics in this course are advanced integral calculus including the substitution rule and integration by parts, applications of integral calculus such as areas between curves, volumes, and average value of a function, convergence of sequences and series, introductory differential calculus of multivariable functions, and an introduction to vectors and matrices for the purposes of solving systems of differential equations. prereq: C- or better in 1171
