UX in Transportation

Catalog description

This course will apply UX design to various modes of transportation such as aviation, automobile, powersports (including motorcycles), bicycles, and trains. This course will deep dive into the design of both the display and input controls while performing other tasks. Course will review regulatory requirements to ensure safety. Students will experience activities on developing these complex systems, how to evaluate and provide recommendations as well as validate designs to regulatory requirements.
