Catalog description

User Experience (UX) strategy is the structured approach to developing human-centered products and services while aligning with organizational vision, user needs, and evolving technical capabilities. Students will learn how to think about UX from a high level, set goals for a product or project, and turn the strategies into concrete, actionable steps. Additionally, the course examines how the AI-powered digital workplace is reshaping the employee experience, collaboration, and productivity. Ethical considerations, including AI transparency and bias mitigation, will also be addressed. This class is a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on projects.
