Catalog description

This course is an introduction to the study of motion (kinematics) and forces (kinetics) which affect particles and rigid bodies. The Newtonian equilibrium equations introduced in the Statics course are extended to systems that are not in equilibrium (i.e., with velocity and acceleration).
