Elementary German

Catalog description

Elementary German focuses on developing language proficiency through linguistic interaction, collaboration, and problem solving. It introduces the basic elements of the language and includes exposure to aspects of German-speaking cultures. Equal attention to aural comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing skills conducted entirely in German using a task-based approach. Students learn by doing and use the four skills to accomplish real-life/language learning tasks.
