Senior Seminar

Catalog description

This course is the second sequence of the two CBE seminar courses. This course will cover various contemporary topics relevant to chemical and biomolecular engineering, highlighted with presentations by external guest speakers (either from industry or academia) and by student team presentations to CBE sophomores. Students will learn to listen, critique, and ask questions during the presentations. In particular, the student team presentations are designed to help CBE students respect others and collectively work in a team setting on a specific contemporary topic of their own interest and appreciate the power of teamwork.
