Business Capstone

Catalog description

In this capstone course, students will propose and complete a summative project that demonstrates the student’s ability to integrate the knowledge, skills, and experiences acquired in their business program. Students will describe the business case for the project, develop a project scope and plan, and identify and obtain the resources necessary for successful project completion. Based on the project plan, students will complete the activities within the project using appropriate analytical techniques and technical tools. Students will meet regularly with a faculty advisory panel to track project progress, and at the completion of the course, students will professionally present their projects to stakeholders.
