Catalog description

This course provides a comprehensive overview of supply chain management concepts, strategies, and technologies that drives value creation. Topics include the design, planning, execution, control and monitoring of supply chain activities. Students will learn how AI technologies enable smarter forecasting, dynamics logistics, mitigate risks and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. This course introduces Lean practices, AI assisted decision-making, and risk management in the supply chain. Applied AI Integration: This course meets or exceeds MSOE’s Applied AI Integration guidelines for sufficient coverage of Foundational Knowledge and Practical Application.
