Catalog description

Do you have what it takes to be a leader? You may not think so, but everyone can be a leader, but not every leader can be successful in every setting. This class addresses leadership styles and skills across various situations and provides students the opportunity to explore and develop leadership and leadership communication. Course activities will move the student from theory to the practical processes of leadership, effective and ethical leadership communication tools, and increase your effectiveness as a leader using your personality and strengths. Basic concepts essential to leadership skills development, motivational theories, and interpersonal relationship management are key building blocks in this course.
