Catalog description

This introductory course examines behavior in organizations through three lenses: individual, team, and organization; it then links those perspectives to the four pillars of management: planning, organizing, leading, controlling. Students explore the intersections of ethics, diversity, equity and inclusion, and globalization as a means of maximizing organizational and personal success.
