Supplier Quality Assurance

Catalog description

Provides students with the knowledge to determine acceptance criteria, evaluate and select new suppliers, assist in supplier development, monitor supplier performance, and risk management (price variances, quality variability or delivery slippages). Includes the process to develop, implement and maintain an effective supplier nonconformance program in the organization. Students should be proficient in using the internet and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in this program. Those students who are not proficient in these applications should take CIVIL-105. Prerequisite(s): Complete MATH-260 or BADM-104.
