Activity Analysis and Application

Catalog description

A foundational course introducing students to the principles of activity analysis using the occupational therapy practice framework. Students learn to analyze and adapt activities to enhance client participation, performance and independence. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking, therapeutic use of self and intervention planning. Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program (10-514-1).
