Catalog description
This course covers the displacement, velocity and acceleration of four bar linkages, slider-cranks, crank-shapers and compound mechanisms using graphical and analytical methods. Also covered are cam displacement diagrams, profiles, gear trains and epicycles. Prerequisite(s): Complete MCDESG-114. Completion of or currently enrolled in MATH-115 or MATH-201.
