Catalog description

This course is an introduction to social media, communication and collaboration tools utilized professionally in a business environment. Students will learn to set up, use and support these tools. Emphasis will be placed on proper business communication, development of a personal resume and the implementation of a professional person using social media that supports work within the information technology field.
