Development In this course, students will be able to identify the difference between excellent and poor customer service along with how to anticipate a guest’s needs in order to provide exceptional service and build rapport. Students will be able to define and demonstrate what professionalism means in the hospitality industry. After the completion of this course, students will have the opportunity to become Guest Service Gold Certified from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
