Catalog description
Examines anatomy and kinesiology with emphasis on the musculoskeletal system. Movements specific to yoga will be cover with application of knowledge useful for all movement modalities. Students will be able to apply knowledge to assess and assist future students/clients in functional alignment for injury prevention.
