This course covers the writing in detail the aspects of the business. Starting with the executive summary describing the venture, to the building of the management team, explaining the operations, targeting the market goals, and to projecting the detailed financials, a comprehensive document will be prepared. Accuracy and consistency of all sections of the plan will be expected.
