Paramedic Medical Principles

Catalog description

This course addresses the complex depth of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of major human systems while also introducing the paramedic students to the topics of shock, immunology and bleeding. Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted to the Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic program (31-531-1) or the Paramedic Technician program (10-531-1). Completion of or currently enrolled in EMS-911.
