Electrical Power Distribution 1A

Catalog description

This course is an introduction to electrical power distribution systems. Emphasis is on the setting and securing of poles, mounting equipment on the poles, and the stringing of power lines. Students work on in-class mock-ups and on real-height, outdoor setups. Safety is emphasized. Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted to the Electrical Power Distribution program (31-413-2).
