Catalog description

Continues the study of physics and instrumentation relevant to diagnostic medical sonography. The laboratory component of this course introduces the student to the concepts of ultrasound instrumentation, an introduction to ultrasonic scanning technique and maintenance of ultrasound equipment. Prerequisite(s): Must be enrolled in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (10-526-2). Complete DMS-207 and DMS-208.
