DMS Clinical Experience 1

Catalog description

Opportunities to apply scanning skills in a clinical setting. Students concentrate efforts on ultrasound examination of the abdominal organs. Participation in this course will take place at a hospital or clinic. Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (10-526-2). Complete DMS-207, DMS- 208, DMS-221, DMS-212, DMS-223, DMS-222 and DMS-203.
