Catalog description

Practice Basic principles of food service management, human resource management and sanitation are applied in a clinical setting. This course meets the food service management requirement of the Dietary Manager program. Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted to the Nutrition and Dietetic Technician program (10-313-1) and instructor consent. Complete one of the following courses: CULART-100, CULMGT-112 or DIETNT-106. Completion of or currently enrolled in DIETNT-108.
