Juvenile Law

Catalog description

Student will learn the components of the juvenile justice system, including identifying children in need of protection or services and adjudication of delinquency. Student will identify legal issues and laws relevant to juveniles and the roles of law enforcement in investigational techniques employed in child maltreatment cases as well as issues involving missing children.
