This one-credit college course will equip business professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to navigate the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on organizations, industries and the workforce. Participants will examine how AI is reshaping business models and practices, and evaluate the strategies organizations use to build AI into their practices and establish working models for future work. Through case studies and hands-on exploration of generative AI (GenAI) tools commonly used in business environments, business professionals will explore the impact that AI is having on business practices, careers and workplaces.
