A practicum experience in a variety of in-patient and community-based settings designed to provide students with opportunities to promote mental health and provide independent and collaborative nursing interventions for clients diagnosed with mental illness. Co-requisite: NURS 403. Offered fall term each year. Two semester hours; six clock hours.
