Catalog description

This is a project-based course to produce a remote-controlled vehicle (ROV) designed specifically for marine advanced technology education (MATE) regional and international competition. Students will participate as a team in a challenge that engages a global community of learners. The competition challenges students to apply business, communication, mathematics, engineering (mechanical and electrical) and computer science concepts and theories. Open to all students. Offered occasionally. Three credit hours.
