Catalog description

A continuation of MATH 314 which includes an introduction to decision theory, estimation, and hypothesis testing, as well as a discussion of ANOVA, non-parametric methods, and other tests. In addition, the course includes an introduction to computer based statistical packages. Prerequisite: C- or better in MATH 314. Offered spring term as needed. Three semester hours.
