Catalog description

A continuation of the study of the real number system. Topics include rational and real numbers; statistics; probability; measurement; geometry; and algebra. Strategies for explaining the topics and a variety of presentation methods will be explored. Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in MATH 153. Not applicable to a math major or minor. Offered fall term each year. Three semester hours.
