Emerging Technology Integration is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in technology and the impact they have on various industries and society at large. It will analyze how management is responsible for cultivating an innovative environment to bring technology to market. This will be achieved by exploring emerging technologies such as blockchain, Internet of Things, 5G, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy. Students will investigate how emerging technologies are brought to market and how they cause disruption in the market. Offered spring term each year. Three credit hours.
