Small groups or teams are an integral part of life. This course is designed to guide students to become strategic servant leaders and active participants in small group/team life. Topics include ethical standards of leadership, discussion, roles, organization, consensus, decision-making, problem solving, and small group/team dynamics. Offered as needed. Three semester hours.
