Fundamentals of Children’s Ministry

Catalog description

An analysis of the fundamental components needed to design and implement a healthy and sustainable children’s ministry. Students will consider the relational, organizational, and leadership skills needed for effective children’s ministry as well as the personal and professional life of the minister. The course will include a focus on ways to understand, support, and minister to diverse types of families. Prerequisite: CMIN 273. Offered fall term even years. Three semester hours.
