Team Dynamics is a foundational course within the transformative leadership track of the MBA program. This course equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively lead and work within teams in a dynamic business environment. Students will explore the theoretical foundations and practical applications of team dynamics, with a focus on building high-performing teams. Key topics covered in this course include: − Understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving organizational goals. − Examining different team structures, roles, and dynamics within teams. − Developing effective communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership. − Implementing strategies for conflict resolution and decision- making within teams. − Leveraging diversity and inclusion to enhance team performance. − Utilizing tools and techniques for team motivation and accountability. − Applying principles of team development and continuous improvement. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and group activities, students will gain valuable insights into fostering a positive team culture, maximizing team productivity, and addressing challenges in team dynamics. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate complex team environments and lead high-performing teams effectively. Offered Spring II.
