Team Dynamics is a foundational course within the transformative leadership track of the MBA program. This course equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively lead and work within teams in a dynamic business environment. Students will explore the theoretical foundations and practical applications of team dynamics, with a focus on building high-performing teams. Key topics covered in this course include: − Understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving organizational goals. − Examining different team structures, roles, and dynamics within teams. − Developing effective communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership. − Implementing strategies for conflict resolution and decision- making within teams. − Leveraging diversity and inclusion to enhance team performance. − Utilizing tools and techniques for team motivation and accountability. − Applying principles of team development and continuous improvement. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and group activities, students will gain valuable insights into fostering a positive team culture, maximizing team productivity, and addressing challenges in team dynamics.
