Catalog description

A study of the Uniform Commercial Code with an introduction to the legal concepts in the areas of sales, negotiable instruments, and secured transactions. Additional topics include bankruptcy, insurance, and property law. Concentration is placed upon the application of these legal principles to commercial transactions. Offered spring term each year. Three semester hours.
