Catalog description

Examines the life-span approach to human development, with a focus on the interaction between the individuals biopsychosocial functioning and the social environment. It considers the impact of micro and mezzo (i.e., families and small groups) systems on behavior, with particular emphasis given to populations considered to be at risk.This course may be offered in multiple modalities.Prereq or Coreq: SWK/SOWK 501.
