Using NASA Resources

Catalog description

Tests designed to measure the achievement of state or national standards (e.g. PSSA tests) need not be primary learning targets. NASA provides regional access centers, Teacher Resource Centers, Educational Specialists, and a wide range of on-line resources. Their learning activities are engaging and relevant to the real world. Appropriate standards are identified and assessment systems are suggested. A wide range of grade levels involving science, technology and mathematics are frequently the focus of NASA resources. Participants will develop a thematic learning experience.
