Student Teaching and Seminar Students must satisfactorily complete student teaching in order to qualify for certification. Seminar sessions are required. Students in the dual certification elementary and ESL certification program must have one experience in an elementary classroom and one experience in an ESL classroom. Prereq: admission to Advanced Professional Studies.
