Reflective practice is essential for educators as it allows them to examine their instruction, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to support student learning. This graduate level course is designed to equip early career teachers with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and dispositions to become reflective practitioners. Through a blend of theoretical exploration and practical application, the course will delve into key areas of teaching, including planning and preparation, the classroom environment, instruction, and professional responsibilities.
