This course includes the history and current models and theories of group therapy. Both didactic and experiential methods are used to introduce the student to different kinds of group interventions. The recommended uses of group interventions for different types of problems, settings, and age groups are included. Prerequisites PSYCG 1530 Introduction to Psychotherapy
