Catalog description

This course explores the relationships between research and evidence based healthcare. The subjects covered include: research methodology, bioethical issues related to human subject research, the role of the Institutional Review Board, research protocol writing, and biostatistics. Current and clinically relevant articles will be used for problem-based analysis. Prerequisites FMEDG 1534 Public Health, Medical Ethics and Jurisprudence.
