Introduction to Clinical Services

Catalog description

The objective of this course is to introduce the student to clinical care services in the Eye Institute. In addition, this course will assess and verify the optometry student’s level of competency in primary care optometry patient care skills. The course is designed to refine clinical procedures and students will be required to complete a comprehensive clinical skills proficiency examination. Successful completion of this course qualifies the student to enter the Clinical Services VII - X course sequence. Prerequisites OPTOG 1652 Clinical Services, Theory and Methods V
