This course introduces the foundational concepts of doctoral nursing practice, emphasizing the role of the DNP-prepared nurse as a systems-level leader, scholar, and change agent. Students examine the AACN Essentials aligned to their practice improvement project, ethical practice, professional identity, and the integration of evidence into advanced nursing practice.
