The objective of this course is to examine the clinical application of advanced pharmacology and prescribing pharmacotherapeutic interventions to address acute, complex, and chronic disease processes encountered in primary care settings. This course will also address principles associated with altered pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in correlation to aging and genetics. Prerequisites APRNG 502: Pharmacology for Advanced Practice Nurses I
